Gunny folks alert! For all of you using gel nail polish on your pew pew sights this is a must. I had seen reviews on using glow in the dark gel polish on my sights but must have ‘glossed over’ the curing process. I tried: regular LED bulb, full spectrum CFL, heat lamp, blow dryer, heat gun and two days later they were still tacky. I just cured several sights of the first coat in about 5 minutes. I can’t wait for he second coat!
The open bottom on this allows you to position it where you need it. I used the 60 second setting and it was immediate. You can feel the heat underneath the shell of the unit so safety first! Unload so you get any weird UV light primer reactions. Might need 90 seconds if I did it two days ago when I painted these up. Description sez pink but it’s a light pink outside, you won’t lose any testosterone with this in you shop.
I like green to the back and red to the front like Williams fire sights. It’s a nice convention and makes target acquisition quick and consistent. YMMV. Good luck!

I bought this led nail lamp way back in 2018 and it’s still going strong. It dries base coats and thin polish layers in about 30 seconds and thicker coats of structural gel set hard in about 60 seconds. I cure my top coat for 90 seconds, just to be safe; but it really doesn’t need that long. All in all, you can’t beat the quality for the price. I’ve had mine for 7 years and I’m extremely happy with it. I have thin weak nails and this allows me to do gel manicures and grow my nails out, without the expense of going to the salon every few weeks.
